NWPX Infrastructure Acquires Serpentix Conveyer, LLC

Serpentix expands NWPX’s wastewater treatment infrastructure solutions and adds engineered conveyor, automation, and fabrication capabilities.

NWPX Infrastructure is growing—and so is our impact in the wastewater treatment industry.

We’re excited to welcome Serpentix Conveyor, LLC to NWPX Infrastructure, expanding our capabilities and strengthening the solutions we provide to customers across municipal wastewater treatment and industrial markets.

Headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, Serpentix manufactures innovative conveyor systems, advanced automation, and expert fabrication solutions.

“Serpentix strengthens the Company’s portfolio with specialized material-handling and engineered conveyance solutions that complement NWPX Park’s existing dewatering, separation, and mixing capabilities and expands our presence in the industrial and wastewater treatment markets,” said Scott Montross, President and CEO of NWPX Infrastructure.
